Thursday at Circle M

What a busy and fun filled day!  Life is exciting with 5 young ones!  Fortunately, Ken and I were only in charge of 3 of them.  All 3 of our granddaughters slept all night, waking around 7:00.  While Ken and I got ready for the day, the girls watched Cinderella again with Camrin and Anya joining them.  They certainly loved this original movie.  I enjoyed all the wonderful animation too!  We joined the Kreider family for a pancake breakfast and lots of fresh fruit.

Cinderella watching time!

Bria and Sam

Sam and Cali had their own special table at breakfast!

Ken and I took the girls to the miniature golf course at the CG and then to the arcade where they enjoyed rides on the small carousel.  Back to Willie to change into our swimming suits and we headed to the large outdoor pool.  Swam and then ate our packed picnic lunches.  From there we went to the indoor waterpark, which is the favorite of the girls.  They have so much fun there.  Just a joy to watch their interaction.  Ken stayed with Bria, the oldest, while I took Cali and Sam back and they actually took naps together in our bed.  Slept for 1 1/2 hours.  Wow!  Bria helped me pick photos for my blog post.

For Cali and Sam, this was a 1st.  They had never gone
into the mushroom before this trip!

After naps, I took all the young ones, except Sam (she wanted to rest) to the indoor playground.  I made 3 trips to the bathroom with the girls in about 15 minutes!  I am getting too old for this!  Marcia and Sam joined us after about 20 minutes of being on my own.  Again, it was fun watching them interact!

We enjoyed a campfire supper and then the "kids" made cinnamon rolls in the pie maker and s'mores!  Nothing like "energy food" before bedtime!!!  Bria became an expert marshmallow roaster!  She loved making them for the adults.  I put all 3 girls on the floor of the shower for baths.  What a scene!  They started singing, laughing, and having a great time.  Marcia, Camrin and Anya joined us to watch the 1st half of Rio.  Ken and Gary enjoyed some quiet time in their camper.  The girls had another good sleeping night!

Sam thinks s'mores are the best!

Bria, the excellent marshmallow roaster!

Cali loved her s'more.  It was even in
her hair!!

Friday morning we were up by 7:00 and all of the "kids" watched the end of Rio while we started cleaning up and getting breakfast ready.  They did a great job of being patient and entertaining themselves while we got Willie ready to head home.  We were on our way by 11:30 and in our home driveway by 12.  Jamie and Lanie arrived before we had the girls out of the truck.  It was a happy reunion.  But, they must have had a great time camping for when they got up this morning they realized it was the day to go home, and they said they wanted to stay longer.  On the way out of the CG they waved goodbye to the waterpark and said, "See you next year".  I guess we did a good job of making this a fun adventure!
