Another warm, sunny day on Pine Island. I played tennis for about an hour while Ken started the wash. What a guy!!! Once the wash was completed, I decided it was time to dust and vacuum Willie! What am I thinking???? But, it needed to be done. Ken made numerous phone calls to back home.
We washed our awning today, but not too successfully. We need to look for a cleaner that will remove sap from pine trees. Any ideas??? It looks better, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
After putting everything away outside, we decided to head to the pool to relax and read. The pool water is warm and refreshing! Then we played 1 game of shuffleboard - victorious again!
The best thing that happened today is that Ken finally connected with the police officer back home regarding his supeona. Ken does not have to appear at the local trial, but if he gets supeoned for County Court, he must appear. That could take up to a year. This judicial system appears to be crazy!!! Probably get that message while we are in Florida next year, but we will deal with that when the time comes!
Tonight we are heading to the clubhouse for cocktail hour and a pizza party. That will be followed by the campground "band", The Resort, playing for the evening. They really are very good. We are looking forward to a nice evening.
