The 4 of us had decided that today would be a low key one! We did get up at 7:15 and we walked with Chuck and Melissa to the pickleball court. We played about 1 1/4 hours and had a great time. All of us love to play and really want to improve, but also are limiting the amount of time we play so no one gets too many aches and pains.
We left the court at 9:30 and decided we would see each other sometime this afternoon at the pool. Ken and I went back to Waldo to have breakfast and do some necessary "chores". Ken made some calls to Lazydays and another reservation for our trip out west. He continues to work on that trip on a regular basis. I made 2 pendants and 2 pairs of earrings that were ordered when I did the craft show here in February. By then it was time for lunch. I changed and headed to the CG laundry. I went back and forth from the pool to the laundry for the next 2 hours getting all the wash completed and also enjoying chatting with Chuck, Melissa, and Nancy while poolside. Then we spent time in the pool and the hot tub. Perfect! Ken did more work on his computer and then took a walk to complete his 10,000 steps.
Back to Waldo by 5:30 and after showering, we made large salads for dinner. Did the dishes and went over to Chuck and Melissa and played 3 games of Pinochle. The women won 2 of the 3 games. Yea!!! We were back to Waldo by 10:45.
This was a perfect weather day. Sunny and in the 80's with a warm breeze. Such a low key day that Ken didn't even take any pictures! Wow!!!
