A Relaxing Day on Pine Island!

Ken and I were up at 7:45 and got ready to go to church here at the CG.  Chuck and Melissa joined us.  This was the minister, Susie's, last Sunday to preach, because she was leaving this afternoon to drive back to her home in North Dakota.  Her husband, Kelley, had died here at the CG rather unexpectedly in December of 2013 and she continues to come here for the winter months.  After Church, we went to our motorhomes to "catch up" on somethings.  Neil and Nancy stopped by and we chatted for a 1/2 hour.  A lady who had ordered 2 pendants and 2 pair of earrings when I did a craft show here in February came to pick them up.

Ken and I spent time working on our computers.  I worked on my blog and Ken was checking out the work sheet order that was e-mailed to him from Lazydays.  Yes, we finally got it!  Hopefully we get to actually talk to someone about it at Lazydays the beginning of this week.  So far, that has happened!

After lunch, we went on a walk with Chuck, Melissa, Nancy, and Neil.  (Neil and Nancy only did part of the walk.  On our way back the 4 of us stopped to play a game of shuffleboard.  Melissa and I were well in the lead, but the "boys" gained momentum and ended up winning the game.  Then we got our corn hole game out and took it over to the vacant campsite beside Chuck and Melissa, invited Neil and Nancy to join us and we had a competition going!  We were unable to beat the team of Ken and Chuck, but we certainly had a good time.  We all left at 6:45 to have our dinners.

After eating and cleaning up Ken and I went over to Chuck and Melissa's to play Skip-Bo (the men won again by 1 card) and then it was 5 Crowns, which the women won.  We decided to call it a night around 10.

It was another fun day!
