Never A Dull Moment!\\\\

It really rained during the night on Monday and when we woke up on Tuesday morning at the CG they were predicting heavy rain later in the day with strong winds and maybe some hail.  Ken and I talked and decided we would take our time packing up, but head back home sometime after lunch.

We enjoyed watching some of the Today Show in bed and then showered and had breakfast.  I started doing some clean-up inside while Ken did some of his jobs outside.  Around 11 we walked over Cindy and John's to say our good-byes and let them know that we were heading home too!  We enjoyed being able to spend time with them during these last 5 days.  They were on their way by 11:30.

Ken and I did a walk around the CG and then went back to Waldo to have lunch. Clean-up continued and we were on our way back to Lititz by 1:15.  I was disappointed to leave a day early, but it really did make sense.  We were back to our appointment by 1:50 and then the work begins - unloading and putting everything where it belongs.  We have gotten smarter and load the CRV, pull it around to the front of the apartment, and then unload it.  Much easier than carrying everything from the bottom of the parking lot and up the small grade and then to the apartment.

After we were finished, I did 2 loads of wash and played a few games on the I-Pad while Ken took a nap.  Both of us felt tired.  We had salads and Cafe Steamers for dinner (too lazy to do much cooking or prep work) and then at 6 left to go to Ephrata to meet with our small support group from Church.

All of the couples who were there are RVers, so we had a lot to talk about.  They were very interested in our trip out west and we were eager to share.  I think we may have dominated the conversation!  Imagine that!  We did take time to do our group lesson and do prayer concerns!

We were back home by 9:30 and I went to bed.
