A Fun Rally Day at Lazydays!

Ken and only got up at 7:30 and got ready to head over to The Back Porch for our free breakfast!  After a good breakfast, we talked to our salesman, Phil Collie, to see if we could get a day pass to the Crown Club here at Lazydays.  Normally you can only eat there if you purchased a used rig over $300,000. or a brand new  bus type Motorhome.  But, day passes are available if you speak to the right people.

After getting our pass, we drove to Parksdale Fruit Market to get some very reasonable fruits and veggies.  On the way back, we took the picture of the "buried" Airstreams along Interstate 4.  How crazy!!!  When we returned, we decided to check out the new Winnebagos for 2015 of which they had many.  The new 33C Sightseer is almost exactly the same (even the fabrics used) except for a couple very minor changes.  From there we headed to the Crown Club to have lunch and a delicious lunch it was!!  We met Fred and Sharon there, the folks we had sat with for dinner last evening.  The food and company were excellent.

The Back Porch Restaurant at Lazydays where campers get
a free breakfast and lunch everyday that they came there!

This is the 2 rows of new Winnebagos on the lot at
Lazydays.  Imagine!  This is just one of the many, many
manufacturers they carry!

A whole bag of oranges for $1.69!

Is this crazy or what???????

The dining room at the Crown Club.  You feel like you are
in the Islands.  You order off a menu and can have beer or wine!

The outside of the Crown Club!

After lunch, Ken decided to wash the front of Waldo while I went to the pool to read, relax, and cool off.  Again today it was extremely warm - around 90 and very sunny!  Then we walked with Fred and Sharon to the Crown Club for Happy Hour.  You could have any drinks you wanted including Pina Coladas and they had such good appetizers - meatballs, cheese and crackers, salad, veggies and dip, plus delicious pina colada crisp with whipped cream.  Of course, by the time we left there and headed to the Rally Center for dinner, we were stuffed.  Ate very little dinner but did have some drinks and dessert!

A beautiful pool area complete with hot tub!

This is the Rally Center on Saturday night.  The musical group
was very entertaining!

We had an enjoyable time at our table with 3 other couples and the musical group that entertained us was very good.  We left there around 8:30 and 1 of the couples, Jay and Evelyn went back to Waldo with us to get better acquainted and share some places that we might want to check out during our travels.  We had a nice time together.  By 9:45 we were in bed.
