Ken and I were up around 7:30 and got ready to go for a walk. Again there were hot air balloons flying over the CG. Such a beautiful site!!!! The 4 of us took our walk around the CG (about 6,000 steps), ate breakfast, chatted with George, and then went to play 2 hours of Pickleball. Boy, we really enjoy that game and the exercise it provides. We also get stiff and sore from it!
We ate lunch outside and Jean come over to socialize. Nice that they are here too! The men loaded our bikes on the back of our CRV and the 4 of us drove to the Wilderness CG on the Disney World property. We planned to park there and ride our bikes throughout the CG. (Melissa and Chuck had done it before and we were anxious to see the CG) Unfortunately, it was an extremely busy day at that CG and they were only letting registered campers onto the grounds. So we made a U turn and headed back to our CG, but we did stop at Wendy's for a Frosty! So good!
The men got the bikes unloaded and then we each made a trip to Wal-Mart for some needed groceries. We took some time to do some computer "stuff" and prep for dinner. Then we made hamburgs and salmon burgers on the grill and enjoyed eating together outside.
After cleaning-up we met in their motorhome to play more games of Skip-Bo and 5 Crowns.
Did talk to John, my sister's husband today. They are really enjoying their time on Jekyll Island.
