A "Lay Low" Type Day!

We were up at 7:30 and got ready to go to Church.  After some research, Ken found a UM Church in Clermont, about 30 minutes from the CG, that offered a contemporary service at 9:30.  Jean went with the 4 of us to the Church and it was a delightful, moving service.  Then an added bonus - they offered a brunch following the service in the fellowship hall.  This Church has a full-time chef on staff that makes food for about 200 events throughout the year.  The food was excellent and Chuck was so excited to have some Southern Fried Chicken along with his grits and biscuits with gravy!  We really did have a nice time together!

We were back to the CG by 12:45 and we decided to spend most of the afternoon catching up on our computer "stuff", etc.  Ken and I went to the laundermat (1st time since we arrived in Florida) and we had a lot of wash!  But, after about 1 3/4 hours, we were done!!!!  Hallelujah!  We had salads for dinner and ate them inside.  We ate too late and the mesquitoes started biting!  After cleaning up, we got together in Waldo for game night!  More Skip-Bo and Pinochle!

Today was another beautiful, warm day in Florida!  (We must have been in a relaxed mode today!  Ken didn't even take any pictures!!!)
